Yes, every month on the 10th you will receive your rental owner’s statement via email (pdf). Any receipt that pertains to your property can be found in your owner’s portal.
At year’s end, you will receive a “year-end” statement with a 1099-Rental Income.

Our recommended minimum credit score is 700, income must be 3 times the rent amount, and a clean rental history with no evictions.
Yes, a sample can be emailed and available upon request.
We us the standard Texas Association of Realtor (TAR) Lease as promulgated by the state. Additionally we include our own property management addendum, and landlords are permitted to add their own lease riders for additional terms and conditions.
