Phil Spinelli began his real estate journey a decade ago with the Brooklyn Group, a prominent property management company in New York City. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in managing high-volume, high-turnover properties, primarily focusing on 6-10 unit apartment buildings in Brooklyn.

Navigating the unique and competitive rental market of New York City, Phil honed his skills in rental pricing strategies, ensuring maximum returns without sacrificing potential income. He also mastered effective tenant screening practices, crucial in a city where tenant protection laws heavily favor renters.

Transitioning to Austin in 2017, Phil seamlessly adapted his comprehensive property management and leasing expertise to the Texas market. Despite the differences between the New York and Texas real estate landscapes, he maintained the strict tenant screening standards and rental pricing standards he developed in NYC.

Now, as the broker of Easy Living Austin, Phil leverages his extensive experience to provide exceptional service to his clients in Austin, Texas. His expertise spans sales, rentals, and the newly added partner company Easy Living Property Management, ensuring clients receive the highest level of professionalism and real estate knowledge. Phil's skills are invaluable in identifying viable rental properties for investment opportunities.
